Dear Valued Customers, We have received a notice that a fire incident occurred at the YTO Express Shima Branch in Junhe Street, Baiyun District in Guangzhou on last weekend, 8th-9th March 2025.

As a result, all YTO parcels tracking ID starting with "YT" that arrived on last Saturday and Sunday afternoon have been completely destroyed by the fire. If your parcel(s) are affected or if you have any questions related to your parcel on this courier service, please contact your seller directly for a replacement of goods or a perform a refund.
