Urgent Notice: Statement on Goods Regulation and Legal Responsibilities

In accordance with the latest regulatory requirements, effective immediately, strict control will be implemented on the following categories of goods, including but not limited to the items listed below:



1. Common Dual-Use Items Prohibited from Export:
Drones and their accessories, graphite and graphite products (including toner cartridges that may contain graphite powder), lithium thionyl chloride batteries (classified as both hazardous and dual-use items), carbon fiber and carbon fiber products, nickel powder, etc.


2. Products Likely Containing Rare Earth Elements:
Magnetic steel, permanent magnets, magnets (including items like fridge magnets), magnetic stickers, magnetic buttons, magnetic sheets, etc. Elements such as neodymium and dysprosium are used in permanent magnets and strategic electronic components.

3. Resource-Based Materials:
Rare metals (such as tungsten, antimony, molybdenum), iron ore (also known as nickel-iron alloy), steel, copper, aluminum, zinc, nickel, lead, tin and other raw materials; welding rods, welding wires (especially those containing precious metals like gold or silver); stone ornaments or stone products (ore-based items) — these are likely to contain controlled elements and are subject to customs inspection and testing, which may result in indefinite delays.

4. Military-Related Items:
Camouflage items, military green products (including clothing, pants, hats, etc.), stun flashlights, plastic/magic holsters (potentially gun holsters), imitation guns, spring knives, daggers, (unsealed) swords, crossbows, handcuffs, etc.

5. Strict Scrutiny of Chemical Product Contents:
Items such as epoxy resin (also hazardous), ink, UV glue, hot melt powder, and other liquid, colloidal, or powder-form products.

6. Zero-Tariff Items to Be Handled with Caution:
Steel trade products, books, cardboard, kraft paper, A4 paper, carbon copy paper, printing paper, thermal paper, colored paper, etc.

Important: Delays and extra costs due to inspections will be the customer’s responsibility.
