E-Invoice Starting from 1 July 2025

Dear Customer, CIEF will start issuing e-invoice from 1/7/2025. If you need an e-invoice: - Please fill in your TIN (Tax Identification Number) after log in to LITE system. - For guidance to fill in, refer to the link below : https://www.cief-malaysia.com/guide-to-key-in-tin/ ! ! If you DO NOT provide TIN BEFORE submitting your Delivery Order, we cannot re-issue the e-invoice. Only a normal invoice will be provided ! ! ! ! We will notify you by email or through the WhatsApp community once the e-invoice is ready to download from the LITE system
! ! If you do not need an e-invoice: - No need to fill in TIN. - You will receive a normal invoice as usual. No changes to the current process. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
