North Port has switched to a new terminal operating system (Navis N4) with effect from 25 October 2026. During this transition, you may notice delays in some operations, including vessel berthing and discharge, customs clearance, container release and status updates.
We will keep updating your shipment tracking as new information comes in. You can continue to track your shipment status in our system as usual.
